Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Occupancy Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in LIHTC, Section 8, and real estate administrative tasks. The role involves managing occupancy-related functions and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and execute leases and contracts with tenants
- Maintain accurate tenant files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date
- Conduct data entry for tenant information and lease agreements
- Provide administrative support for real estate and legal matters
- Assist in sales activities related to property leasing
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and excellent etiquette
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with LIHTC and Section 8 programs
- Proficiency in file management and data entry
- Strong understanding of real estate administrative processes
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to property management
- Sales experience is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette skills for effective communication
